Practically perfect

Plenty of space for everything I need to have with me, love the inclusion of the laptop pocket as well as the front secure pocket, will be perfect for both heading out walking and heading in to town. Setting off towards the Peak District today knowing it will be comfortable to carry and reliably weatherproof.

Beautifully made backpack!

I couldn't decide on the model, so I ordered two backpacks, (naively) thinking that I'll send back the one I like less ;-) Both are incredibly stylish, made from high quality materials and they're really comfortable to use. I wasn't really a backpack person, but now I wear them everywhere :-) Highly recommended!!!

Good customer service

I’m very happy with my bag, it is sturdy and can fill all my things for a weekend trip. The design is good, and doesn’t hurt my shoulders. The materals are high quality, very durable.

I think their bags are gender neutral, I’m a girl and it fits me just fine.

In addition, they have really good customer service, helped me solved a lot of problems. I’m glad to support honest and helpful business like them with high quality products.

Yes. Inside the main compartment, a padded laptop compartment holds a laptop up to 15.6 inches, cushioned for daily carry.

Is the Rostock waterproof?

The material is water-resistant, not waterproof. It can withstand light rain and splashes, but avoid heavy or prolonged rain and immersion. Protect electronics separately, wipe off moisture and let the bag dry naturally away from direct heat.

What fits in its 22 litres?

A 15.6-inch laptop plus a layer, a notebook, lunch and everyday essentials, with side cargo pockets for the things you reach for often — enough for work, study or a weekend away.

How does the Rostock close?

The main compartment cinches shut with a drawstring, then folds under a protective flap held by leather straps that loop over metal studs — a classic rucksack closure that keeps the weather out and your gear in.

How do I care for the canvas and leather?

Spot-clean the canvas with a damp cloth and air-dry it, then re-wax when it looks dry or lightens at the creases. Wipe the crazy horse leather and feed it with a little balm; natural marks and a deepening patina are part of its character.
