Cancelling or changing an order
To request cancellation, reply to your order confirmation or email support@diyion.co with your order number within 15 minutes of placing the order. We use the time your request reaches us, even if our team reads it later. Orders cannot be modified; after 15 minutes, they cannot be cancelled before dispatch through this service. We will confirm the outcome of your request by email. This processing cutoff does not limit any statutory right to withdraw or cancel, your rights if goods are faulty, or eligible returns under this policy.
To request a return, email support@diyion.co within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item and the reason for the request. Please contact us before sending anything back.
For the store's voluntary return policy, items should be unused, with their tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Eligibility and exceptions are explained in the full policy. Return shipping is free for all products that meet our return conditions. After approval, we email you a prepaid return label and instructions.
Once we have received and approved your return, we issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process it.
