U***rHanging greenery

Roll arrived squished :( I would like to just keep it to save the shipping cost and get a replacement instead of sending it back entirely but there is not an option for that in the settings. If the store can provide that I will absolutely change my rating as I’ve purchased these products before and they are good, but I’m displeased with the damage from shipping
